1. Please no smoking in the cabins. The porch is a great place to sit and relax while smoking.
2. SORRY - no pets allowed in the cabin rentals. There is a boarding kennel within 2 miles of the cabins. Information is available at the following web site.

3. We ask that you please respect our cabins and leave them the way you found them. We don't expect to find dirty dishes in the sink if you did not find them there when you arrived. As for the RV sites, please respect the outdoors and keep your site clean of all debris.
4. During extreme hot, dry times, please be sure to check with us before lighting a campfire. There may be DEC regulations in place at that time.
5. During snowmobile season, please be sure to respect all landowner's property and stay on the designated trails. "You abuse it you lose it" as many of our landowner's remind us.
